Rental Agreement

Rental Terms

1Customer agrees to use the rental equipment only for its intended purpose.
2Equipment must remain at the designated delivery location unless prior authorization is given.
3Customer is responsible for ensuring the equipment is accessible for servicing and pickup.
4Damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the customer.
5Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made.
6Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
7M&M Rentals reserves the right to remove equipment if terms are violated.
8Customer agrees to keep the area around the equipment clear and accessible.
